A one-time payment of $1.99, processed by Waffo Pancake, is for a clean high-resolution download of that preview. It is not a subscription and does not include a physical artwork or a custom human signature. There are no recurring charges. Waffo Pancake is responsible for processing your payment under its own terms.
Because the file is digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We refund only if (a) your paid download was not delivered or cannot be opened and we cannot fix it, or (b) you were charged twice for the same order. To request one, email 508892116@qq.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email. Refunds are not given for change of mind, dissatisfaction with the artistic style, or how the image looks once printed or used.
You are solely responsible for the words you enter and for every use of the images, including tattoos, prints, products, logos and publications. Do not use the images to infringe anyone's name, trademark or other rights, or for hateful, illegal or harassing content. You use the images entirely at your own risk.
If you break these terms, we may refuse, suspend or stop providing the service to you at any time without notice or refund.
Moying is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. The lettering is an automated artistic rendering. It is not a translation, not authentic hand-made calligraphy, and is not checked by a calligrapher or native speaker. We do not guarantee its meaning, correctness or cultural appropriateness. Always have it checked independently before any permanent use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, reputation or goodwill, or any cost of removing, redoing or correcting a tattoo, print or product, arising from your use of or inability to use the service or images. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of Moying from any claims, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the images or your breach of these terms.
We may change, suspend or discontinue Moying, or any part of it, at any time without notice. Files you have already downloaded remain yours to use under these terms. Please keep your own copy of any purchased file.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country requires otherwise. We may update these terms at any time; the current version is always on this page and applies from the moment it is posted.
